Verdew Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Verdew mobile app ("the app"), published by Ziko LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. The service
Verdew suggests when to do seasonal lawn-care tasks, timed to your local weather forecast, and sends reminders. The app is free to use. Availability may be paused or interrupted at times (for example to manage capacity or during maintenance); we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Guidance is informational — your judgment governs
Verdew's reminders, timing, and amounts are informational suggestions based on weather forecasts, which are inherently uncertain. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to carry out any task, for following product labels and local regulations, and for the results on your own property. Use the app at your own risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security or limits of the app or its backend;
- Gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or another user's data.
4. Your account and data
The app creates an anonymous account for you; no sign-up, name, or email is required. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Yard → Delete my data. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or risks the service. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that forecasts, timing, or suggestions will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ziko LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damage to your lawn, property, or plants, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed US $100.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will update the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
